Meet Dr. Kimberly Lamb

Kimberly Lamb, Au.D., CCC-A is tremendously excited for the opportunity to become the new owner of Lake Medical Hearing Center in Lake County Florida.  Since 2013, Dr. Lamb has provided exceptional patient care in a variety of practices throughout the mid-west and on the east coast. These opportunities allowed her to experience and learn from a multitude of different management styles, and learn the behind the scenes functions of both private practice and ENT clinics.

Education And Experience

Dr. Lamb received her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders in 2009 and her Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D.) degree in 2013 from Central Michigan University.  In addition to four years of hands-on clinical work during her graduate program, Dr. Lamb has practiced continually since 2013 and held licenses in four different states. She holds active Audiologist Licenses from the Florida Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology since July 2017.

Skillset

Dr. Lamb’s professional skills include: diagnostic hearing evaluations for adults, patient lifestyle and listening needs assessment to determine appropriate amplification recommendations, amplification and assistive listening device fittings using a wide variety of manufacturers, amplification verification with real ear measurements and validation measures,  tinnitus assessment, counseling and treatment, and cerumen management.

Philosophy

Dr. Lamb believes patient and family centered, evidence-based practices, are the way to provide outstanding hearing healthcare to her community. She balances a friendly, approachable demeanor with in-depth yet understandable professional knowledge and care. She believes patients are best empowered towards hearing success when they fully understand the process and collaborate with setting and managing their hearing healthcare goals.
